TIC Staff Training Courses
Customer Maze Ltd now provides specific training workshops to TIC staff members, including full-time, part-time and volunteers. The training workshops can be tailored to meet your specific needs but we have found that the most popular training request has been for email handling. Workshops can also focus on telephone and onsite visitor handling.

Mystery shopping within TICs
Customer Maze has been conducting mystery shopping within tourist information centres for several years, be it over the telphone, email, postal or on-site visits.
Fully detailed reports are provided along with digital recordings of both the telephone calls and the on-site visits. These can all be used to form a detailed programme of training that can be implemented within your TIC.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys within TICs 
Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys within tourist information centres can provide you with a detailed picture of how your customers really feel about the service and products that you are offering them.
It is an opportunity to see any areas of potential development. Customer satisfaction surveys can be conducted on-site and over time a baseline to customer satisfaction levels can be established and over time can be tracked and used to see improvements in performance. The information that is gathered can be used to develop training porogrammes, business and marketing plans.
